Términos del servicio

Última actualización: 18 de agosto de 2026

Este documento solo está disponible en inglés. La versión en inglés es el texto legalmente vinculante.

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Pirenix SaaS platform (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Provider Identification

In compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI), the Service provider is:

  • Data Controller / Owner: Joan Medina i Martí
  • Contact email: contact@pirenix.com

2. Purpose of the Service

The Service allows users to connect third-party advertising accounts (for example, Meta) to view metrics and optimization recommendations. The Service does not guarantee financial results, campaign performance, or profitability.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for all activity on their account.
  • Users must immediately report any unauthorized access.

4. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

The following is prohibited:

  • Using the Service for unlawful purposes or in breach of applicable law.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems, data, or third-party accounts.
  • Altering, decompiling, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service.
  • Uploading malicious content or content that infringes third-party rights.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service relies on third-party APIs and platforms. The availability and operation of such integrations may change for reasons outside Pirenix's control. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of connected platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

The software, design, trademarks, code, and content of the Service are protected under intellectual and industrial property laws and are owned by the provider or its licensors.

7. Plans, Billing, and Suspension

Paid plans are sold as monthly subscriptions to a workspace. The price of each plan, the features and limits it includes, and any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm the purchase and again on the confirmation screen. Prices are stated excluding VAT; the applicable VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing country.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not receive or store your card details. By confirming a purchase you authorise the recurring charge described on the confirmation screen.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Changing plan takes effect immediately, and the difference against the period you have already paid for is prorated: an upgrade is charged the prorated difference at once, and a downgrade credits the unused time to your account balance.

Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access to paid features. Where a payment fails, the payment provider may retry it before the subscription is cancelled.

8. Cancellation, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel a subscription at any time from the billing section of the application. Cancellation ends the subscription immediately and credits the unused portion of the current period to your account balance. Access to paid features ends when the subscription ends.

Consumers in the European Union have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the conclusion of a distance contract. Because the service is supplied digitally and access begins immediately, by confirming a purchase you expressly request that performance begin during the withdrawal period and you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully provided.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights where a service has not been provided as described. To request a refund or raise a billing issue, contact us using the details in section 1.

9. Availability and Changes

Reasonable measures are taken to maintain Service availability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Changes, updates, or technical interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or product evolution reasons.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is," without express or implied warranties. The provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, or interruptions caused by external factors, third-party integrations, or misuse.

11. Personal Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for legal, technical, or business reasons. Updated versions will be published at this same URL with a revision date.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction (Spain/EU)

These terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union law. For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer/user's domicile where legally mandatory; in all other cases, to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, Spain.
